SportCheer Wales is the National Governing Body for Cheerleading and Performance Cheerleading in Wales. Members of the Board are elected at the annual AGM – next held September 2026.

Joshua Tanner
Athlete Development Lead – Josh has been awarded silver international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds. He is a current member and assistant coach of Team Wales 2024, and Coach at Rebellion Cheer Cardiff.

Georgia Pike – Thomas
Development Lead – Georgia has been awarded gold international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds. She is a member of the RSD Coaching Staff and coached the national senior coed team in 2022 and 2024.

Amy Foster
Performance Lead Cheer – Amy has been awarded gold international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds. She is a member of the RSD Coaching Staff and coached national teams in 2022 and 2024.
Emma Richards
Team Wales Management Representative – Emma is one of the Programme Directors for RSD. She has been involved with SportCheer Wales since 2010, and is one of the national team managers. Emma coached a variety of national teams since 2013.
Pamela Richards – Dackins
Team Wales Management Representative – Pam is one of the programme directors for RSD. She has been involved with SportCheer Wales since 2010, and is one of the national team managers. Pam has coached a variety of national teams since 2013.
Sabrina Steele – Mountjoy (Non-Executive Director)
Inclusion Lead – Sabrina is director of Steele Studio and the Welsh Adaptive Abilities Coalition. She has coached the National Adaptive Abilities Pom teams in 2017 and 2018 and the National Adaptive Abilities Cheer Team in 2019, 2022 and 2023.
Candice Andrews
Performance Lead Dance – Candice is programme director of AZ Elite. Candice has coached a variety of international teams at The Summit.
Kaya Knapton and Molly Lia
Schools and University Leads – Kaya has been awarded Silver international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds. Kaya and Molly are both members of the AZ Elite Coaching team
Nathan Smith
Athlete Representative – Nathan has been awarded Bronze international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds and Bronze Coaching Honours for being part of Team Wales Junior All Girl Advanced Coaching Team . Nathan is a member of the RSD Coaching team
Molly Rowlands
Safeguarding and Compliance Lead – Molly has been awarded silver international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds and is a Coach at RSD.
Georgia Jones
Workforce Lead – Georgia has been awarded Platinum international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds. Georgia is a member of the RSD Coaching team.
Anne Ossel
Finance Officer – Anne has been awarded bronze international honours for representing Wales at ICU worlds and is a athlete at Rebellion Cheer Cardiff.
